sleep.

went to bed early. working on my sleep hygiene. bed early. one beer. one sleeping pill. five anxiety pills. some water. some meditation. a podcast on anxiety. sleep started well but still woke up midway through the night and struggled to get back to sleep. popped an ativan. slowly went back to sleep. many dreams. many times woken up. pee. dream. woken up. not a solid sleep but i am on my way to a pure healthy lifestyle.

eat healthier.

exercise consistently.

sleep better.

i am at rock bottom with my anxiety issues holding me back. stopping me from achieving my goals. stopping me from reaching my potential. feeling free. happy. more money equals more stability. less excessive worry. more love. more balance. more happiness. more confidence. more clarity.
