too much drinking. too much shitty food. too much coffee. not enough sleep. this is not the way to be focused and productive BUT i will fight through the lethargy and i will fight through the fears. i will also fight through the angst and the bloated belly.

take a deep breath and feel a sense of gratitude. gratitude for life. gratitude for health. gratitude for a wonderful wife and a beautiful daughter. a great dog too.
